Social distancing measures
We are committed to providing safe and appropriate care for our patients and staff. We've taken measures to ensure safe physical distance between patients:patients and patient:staff; reduced waiting room furniture to minimise the number of people in the reception area; and acrylic screens at the reception desk to minimise the risk of spreading infection. Surgical Face masks are optional when attending the Practice for any purpose, including Australian Clinical Labs.
Meeting patient needs
We remain open to meet the health needs of our patients. Our doctors are also providing telephone consultations (adhering to Medicare criteria) to further reduce the numbers of people at the practice and maximise the safety of patients and staff.
